Tony is a Chartered Fellow of HRINZ Tony has over 25 years’ experience as a Senior HR Manager and both public and private sectors. Former roles include Executive General Manager People with Fulton Hogan, and the Head of HR for the iconic Transmission Gully Project. Currently a Director of Site Safe New Zealand, Director of the Construction Training Institute of NZ (CTINZ) and Director of Director Auto Graphic New Zealand Ltd is a former Director of HRINZ and the Civil Trades Certification Board. Tony now runs his own HR/ER Consultancy (AJM Workplace Solutions Limited) and is the New Zealand Representative for the Great Place to Work Institute.
