Leadership?... it’s all about Being not Doing

Whether we like it or not, one of the biggest influences on our health, happiness and wellbeing is where most of us will spend around 10,000 days of our lives: work.

And what has the biggest impact on the quality of that experience? The leadership we experience, and practice.

But what is great leadership? Why is made to be so complicated? And why does the leadership development 'industry' often do such a poor job of developing great leaders?

James will be joined by some of his team to explain why focusing of how you be (not what you do) is what can make you a great leader.

And…as this session is right after lunch, you won’t just be sitting there listening; you’ll be experiencing a unique taster of Inspire’s new Mindset to Lead programme.

Get ready to explore your mindset, and practice the single most important skill a leader needs…
